There is increasing awareness of how important it is to be breathing well  aided unfortunately by the current  COVID-19 pandemic.

HOWEVER, do you or your work mates, colleagues or family members actually know what this means, how this can be measured and importantly,  how WELL are you breathing. For example did you know that:

  • Many of us may be hidden hyperventilating without realising it?
  • Chronic hidden hyperventilation will be having an impact on your overall health which may show up in many ways from the less serious, such as nasal congestion, to potentially more detrimental symptoms such as snoring or sleep apnoea, asthma and panic attacks?
  • Dysfunctional breathing can even effect your craniofacial development?
  • You can alter your breathing habits with retraining?
